Registration & Communication

We handle all the registration for your attendees, sponsors, and speakers using robust registration software and analytics as well as comprehensive email communication and marketing that keeps everyone informed. See our Registration Services page for more information on everything we offer.

Custom Event Hub & Registration Websites

We create custom event websites which can provide information about the event, showcase your sponsors, and allow attendees to register, as well as a fully branded event hub page they will access the day-of. Think of it as a virtual lobby.

day-of management

Day-of Customer Service Concierge

A successful virtual event requires extensive communication and cooperation. Day-of, we offer both email and live-chat customer service features for your attendees, as well as a sponsor and speaker concierge, an Eventium staff member who is on-call to troubleshoot or answer any questions they might have.

Live Streaming

We work with the best production companies in the Tri-State area to bring your content to your attendees live in HD from anywhere in the US. Speaker "green rooms," custom branding, graphics, titles, pre-recorded video and more bring important aspects of an in-person event to a screen.

Attendee Networking

Keeping virtual events interactive is key.
We provide a number of ways for attendees to network with each other and interact with speakers during sessions. These include town hall sessions, chats, polls, one-on-one meetings, networking breaks, and more, ensuring your attendees get the social aspects of in-person events right from their screen.

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities

We've developed creative ways to attract, promote, and showcase and exhibitors in a virtual setting. These include: virtual exhibitor "booths," one-on-one meetings, sponsor "commercial breaks," raffles, as well as logo placement on marketing materials, on the website, and in-stream.
